Pen and Ink Skunk Art

This summer our yard has been visited by a family of skunks, the mama and two little ones. It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't make such a stink in the middle of the night, the smell woke me out of my sleep and lingered until the evening.  It happened again a few days later,  even with the windows closed the smell entered the whole house!

Anyway, skunks may be smelly but they are cute and I was inspired to make this little pen and ink drawing from memory.  Who knows, maybe someday I'll even paint the little stinkers.
