| Pen and Ink in 11x14 inch mat |
This is an earlier pen and ink drawing of a gray squirrel. Many folks consider squirrels to be pests but I like to watch them in my yard. They are always hanging around in summer and winter, both the gray and black squirrels. My dog barks at them through the sliding glass doors, they totally ignore the racket. Recently I saw a black squirrel foraging in the snow, it got some snow on its head which made the squirrel look oh so cute, and gave me an idea for a painting.....hmmm maybe some day.
